Shirish K Gadiya is the founder of Gadiya Group and the son of the late Principle KD Gadiya. He established the group in 1990 and has been leading it with his vision and expertise for over 31 years. His passion for real estate has led him to undertake and complete various projects, ranging from small societies to large townships. Together with his late brother Girish Gadiya, he built Apna Bazaar, Aurangabad’s first commercial complex. He has successfully executed projects not only in Aurangabad but also in Mumbai and Lonavala, cementing his position as a renowned name in the industry. Under his leadership, Gadiya Group has established itself as a trusted and reliable name in the real estate sector.
